We explore different personality types using instruments such as Myer Briggs (MBTI)
or emotional intelligence (BarOn EQ-i) |

Using the various individual types, the group will reflect on team dynamics and the
various roles that members play. |

Competitive Water Based Exercise
We now form into teams based on diverse personality types and have the opportunity
to undertake a competitive challenge that will test out the new awareness of team
members. This is a hunt for a Japanese mini submarine based on a set of realistic
clues. They will require team co-operation to successfully crack the case. We will
video key aspects of the team dynamics for review purposes. |

De-brief and Reflection
We will now de-brief the exercise using trained facilitators and reflect on the experience.
The team members will be able to identify the difference between cognitive
understanding and changing deeply held behaviours. |
